Privacy First

Advanced Encryption, Built the Hard Way

Magliss does not treat security as a marketing sticker. We use strong cryptography in production — and we are honest about how difficult each layer was to ship.

RSA Identity Keys

Every user gets a 2048-bit RSA key pair stored securely on device. Public keys are exchanged so only the right people can unlock conversation keys — not the server reading plain text.

Challenge: key generation, secure storage, and syncing keys across mobile and web without breaking trust.

Hybrid Message Encryption

Messages use a hybrid model: RSA protects a unique AES key per chat, and AES encrypts the actual content. This is the industry-proven pattern — but implementing it reliably in Flutter + web took months of hard work.

Challenge: background isolates, decrypt failures, legacy formats, and zero UI lag while encrypting.

Encrypted Media

Photos, files, and voice notes are encrypted with per-chat keys before they leave your device. Media is not uploaded as readable files for anyone with database access to open.

Challenge: large files, slow networks, and keeping playback smooth after decryption.

Still Evolving

Security is never “done.” We keep hardening key exchange, integrity checks, backups, and future layers — because privacy is a journey, not a checkbox.

Next: stronger defaults, easier key recovery, and pushing encryption deeper into every feature.

Calls That Keep Getting Better

Magliss includes real voice and video calls — and we are actively improving quality, stability, and privacy with every release.

1:1 & Group Calls

Call friends directly or join group conversations with reliable real-time audio and video powered by modern WebRTC infrastructure.

Continuous Improvement

We fix echo, drops, and connection issues as we find them. Calls on different devices and networks are a hard problem — and we treat it seriously.

Toward Complete Privacy

Our goal is full privacy for calls — encrypted signaling, minimal metadata, and infrastructure we control. We are not there yet on every detail, but we are building toward it openly.

Privacy and calls share the same philosophy: hard engineering, honest progress, no false promises.

Messages use strong hybrid encryption (RSA + AES). We are continuously improving coverage across all features. Calls are improving toward stronger privacy — we explain this openly in our Security section.

Yes. Account deletion is supported — we believe you should control your digital presence.
